Hello! I'm S0LIN and I'm an artist focusing on drawing characters, concepts, and occassional design. My works lean interest to themes of dark fantasy, to post-apocalyptic and sci-fi and fictional genres.

What program/tool/accessories do you use?

My waitlist serves as a list for those who want to reserve in working with me after my current batch. Some clients also get waitlisted, if all my slots are taken.I haven’t received any updates for more than 1 week (7 days), what do I do?
If ever I have not sent you any updates after the 7 day period, PLEASE reach out to me via VGen DMs, email, Discord, or Twitter so I can follow up with your commission update!Can I be moved to waitlist if I didn’t get a slot on time?

Icons and wallpapers (non-profit): Yes you may
Repost: Ask for authorization. Provide credit if granted.
Merch/profit: Please inquire first.
Please do not do that AI training or NFT use: Strictly, no.
If it’s a commissioned piece, only the client can use their respective pieces.
commission-specific questions
How do I know if my commission slot is confirmed?
Commission slots are only confirmed once payment is settled (whether in half payments, tier payments, or full payment). Slots with the ‘Queue’ label on them are unconfirmed, and must be confirmed within 48 hours from the proposal notice.What if my commission is an NDA project?
If your commission is an NDA project, your commission will be privately updated through communications instead.
Alternatively, the progress can be shown as well thru VGen work queue, but filtered anonymously with no name present. (Only for progress tracking purposes)
However, please note that not all illustration files may have properly cut layers for default illustrations. At most, I can provide general separate layers so future editors/animators can cut the base parts into smaller details without worry.
terms of services
✧ By reading my Terms of Service, you acknowledge, agree and fulfill all requirements and terms set when commissioning me.
For easier navigation, categories are sort with the according terms for better clarification.
client and artist rights
Client allows artist to use their references. The client confirms their reference materials and authorization for the artist to use.
Artist may not guarantee to accept all commissions. The artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, untimely deadlines, or other reasons such as a poor state of health, or any other notice.
Personal use only (by default); no monetization. Personal use means display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with little to no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, social media banners, stream screens, social media posts, print and framing in personal spaces.
Artist retains copyright and intellectual property rights. Clients will not claim Work as their own, but may credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work.
Artist forbids work with individuals who involve, use, or integrate Generative AI into their creative works. Both parties agree that they will not use the Work for integration, involvement, and data scraping of AI.
payment
Failure with delayed payments, non-responsive communications may result to cancellations.
Non-responsive communication from client past 3 weeks will have the commission cancelled if incomplete, or delivered if complete.
Once the work begins, cancellations and full refunds are not applicable.
Partial refunds are applicable on case-basis situations,
However, refunds are unapplicable once after the sketch phase has started.

intellectual rights & usage
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights.
All commissioned pieces are strictly prohibited from contributing to AI or NFT reselling. Commercial usage does not cover this as well.
Personal use means only for non-profit display and use on the artwork. This means no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, social media banners, and social media posts, print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in the content of these websites or media.
Commercial use means to use the work on streams, videos, and other content under any monetized instances, such as monetized Youtube videos, lore content, album art, key visual art for projects, stream assets such as emotes, starting/ending screens, etc.
Commercial Rights mean to have the Work used and printed on physical, or digital merchandise, such as physical prints, wallpapers on digital shops, mugs, stickers, etc. or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.
communication
All commissions are in digital format only.
Client is required to be an adult (18+) to commission me.
Artist may not guarantee to accept all commissions.
Client may request an expedited update any time of the process.
If client is non-responsive to feedback past 7 days of revision period, the commission will move forward and artist will not be responsible of lack of revision changes.
The artist will deliver as according to the agreed deliverables on the proposal.
cancellations/terminations
Termination of the commission will occur, if and only if under the circumstances that there is no set adjustments, or communication prior have taken place:
The client has violated or breached the artist’s terms of service,
The Client fails to communicate with the Artist, essentially abandoning the project of their Work after no communication of 3 weeks or more.
The Client displays unreasonable behavior, such as disrespecting Artist’s boundaries, limits, and capabilities.
The Client fails to pay/complete the commission payment or delays the payment for more than 7 days; the client is non-reachable and has an incomplete payment with the artist.
The artist violates an established NDA agreement before hand by posting, or publishing the Work without Client’s permission.

For Animated Illustrations, the final price, turnaround, and deadline are dependent to the complexity of the illustrations. This service is only available seasonally, due to immense time needed with a lengthy process.This service already has commercial use for stream, and video projects included. Please note that animated illustrations are inclusive of the illustration, later separation, and animation/rig via AE, or Live2D.

Character Assets: Sets
For Character Asset and Long-Term Projects, it is highly recommended to have projects like these on a reasonable, and long-term turnaround instead of having a super strict deadline due to availability and timeline. It is also recommended to have these projects discussed first.

Project inquiries may be declined sometimes due to various reasons. ie: extrenuating circumstance, health reasons, outside of skillset, etc.
In these cases, there can either be discussion for negotiation of turnaround, budget, or alternatvely I may refer other artists who are more qualified and apt that you can choose to consider.Custom projects cover any services that are not available at the moment or closed for the time being. These projects can cover long-term, seasonal, or commissions for specific pieces not listed in existing services.
Custom projects are also for those who are interested to work with me on long-term projects. Please reach out to me via VGen DMs for prior discussion, project brief and outline, etc.
